About Michael Tahan:
Michael Tahan is an active member of the Fontana Community and has been for more than 12 years. Michael and Rima Tahan, with their three sons, are proud to call Fontana their home.
Michael Tahan, who is a successful small business owner, along with his wife Rima, operates TCM Group, in Fontana, serves the Southern California market. He is involved in program, project and construction management with public agencies and private developers including Caltrans, SANBAG, County of San Bernardino, Water Agencies and various cities and counties.
As a Successful Small Business owner, Michael Tahan understands the challenges business owners face, with the economy, making, payroll, taxes, licenses and permits, but also in dealing with City Hall. Michael will bring his business experience and a corporate perspective the City Council to Keep “Fontana Moving Forward.”

Michael Tahan is an elected official serving on the San Bernardino County Board of Education, representing the Fontana Unified School District, Chino Unified School District, Cucamonga School District and Mt. Vernon School District. He brings with him his experience of Public Policy, Budgets and understanding community needs.
Michael Tahan earned both his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Masters Degree in Business Management, from Cal State Fullerton
Michael Tahan has developed, over many years in this region, a good working relationship with elected officials and community leaders at the local, county, state and federal level, which will be critical to moving the City of Fontana agenda forward and Keep “Fontana Moving Forward.”
